More than anything else, communitas is about knowing and being known by your fellows. Communitas participants will embark on a journey to discover who they are, what their destiny is and how to live as XEALOTS.
Communitas’ values are: creativity, collaboration, intimacy, customization and destiny. Communitas are similar to Small Groups but different in values and practices.

The four basic systems in which Communitas operate are LOVE, LEARN (Head, Ear, Sight, Touch and Human), DO and DECIDE. Communitas is missional life together. Communitas is about family.
