		<description>It depends on the motivation and the kind of work the volunteers do. While working in China, the length of stay of the volunteers who have come to our sites to help out range from a couple of weeks to a few months to a few years. Some have done a fabulous job only in two weeks even compared to those who have stayed longer. But it is true that drive-by volunteer work can attract people with ulterior motives to travel, especially those who frequently change destinations. This is especially true of short-term volunteer NGOs like YWAM whose associates often brag about how many countries they have visited than how much they have done in one location.</description>

		<description>Looks great on hi res screens.
grey text on black background pretty tough to read on lower res monitors.
mobile site doesn&#039;t render correctly on android.
takes up only half the screen but the vimeo vid shows across whole screen.
ios keeps taking me to the old site even after clearing cache.  thinking thats on my end.
on the resources it would be nice to create (or download) some nice icons or use relevant thumbnails.
all in all its a good looking site.</description>
