Dave Gibbons, Chief Executive Officer.
Dave is a proven innovation strategist, author, culture specialist, and creative communicator. Dave has traveled the world to share dynamic insights on leadership development, regularly speaking in strategic cities throughout North America and Asia. Dave is the author of an award-winning book on culture called “The Monkey and the Fish”. Dave consults executives, artists, and the next generation of international leaders. He has served on the board of World Vision US, and helps to guide a group of third-culture faith communities called Newsong. Dave holds a Master of Theology degree from Dallas Theological Seminary and is a graduate from Max Depree’s Roundtable of Leaders.
Sam Oh, Chief Operating Officer.
Sam has led ventures in retail and IT as well as creating best practices for working inter-culturally over last 20 years. Sam was the Vice President of Information Technology for Fresh and Easy Neighborhood Market in the US, a subsidiary of Tesco and third largest retailer in the world. While serving on the Operating Board for Tesco Lotus in Thailand, he helped build various retail formats and introduced retail innovations. Sam has lived and worked in the US, Korea, Thailand, China, Hong Kong, and England. Sam studied Computer Science and Mathematics at University of California, San Diego and received executive leadership training at the University of California at Los Angeles.
Peter Nguyen, Office Manager.
Born in Vietnam, and growing up in the Netherlands, Peter experienced Third Culture fist hand. Because of his love for other cultures, he enrolled in the Maritime Academy in Amsterdam, so that he could travel around the world. He studied Maritime Management, Logistics, Engineering and Navigation. With XEALOT, he loves to do special projects, and to help bring in organizational structures and processes. He loves any project that is considered “mission impossible”.

Adam is an intercultural specialist and gifted communicator who has led transformational workshops for thousands across five continents. He has over twenty-five years of experience in public speaking and a unique ability to distill complex concepts into memorable principle and actions. A Qualified Administrator of the Intercultural Development Inventory (IDI), Adam draws upon the latest science in the field and twenty years of senior executive experience leading and training diverse teams. Adam has completed an MBA from Emory University with an international exchange at the University of Manchester, a BA and MA in Intercultural Studies from Biola University, and field research in Mali, West Africa and a Certificat de Langue Français from Université Paris Sorbonne (Paris IV).

Dave started a promising ministry career at Bayside Covenant Church in Granite Bay, CA. In 2004, he hooked up with XEALOT and suddenly life was turned upside-down. He and his family moved to Thailand in 2005 to help launch Newsong Church in Bangkok, then went on to lead a similar initiative in London. In 2009, he returned to California to launch a production company, bringing that creative spark and 15 years of ministry experience to his role on the XEALOT team. Dave studied at UC Berkeley and has a Master’s degree from Western Seminary.

Mike Wang
Mike is the President and CEO of Venquest Hotel Group, company he founded 1993. Mike has over 18 years of experience in the hospitality industry, management, investment, and acquisition of hotels. Mike is also que Vice President of the Taiwan Hotel & Motel Association of Southern California. He holds a Bachelors degree from University of California, Berkeley and a Masters in Hospitality Management from Cornell University.

Philip is a founder and CEO of Unlimited Innovations, Inc. a software
products and services firm that serves clients in the aerospace, healthcare and financial services industries, with offices in North America and Asia. He has a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from the University of Calgary in Canada and has completed his executive education at the Harvard Business School.

issues. He divides his time between the United States, the United Kingdom and Asia, where clients include Oxford Analytica, Saatchi & Saatchi X, J.B. Hunt Transportation, Singapore Stock Exchange (SGX), Terral River Service and Keppel, among others. He holds a Ph.D. from The Pennsylvania State University.

Atul Tandon
Atul provides executive oversight to United Way’s 45 country network. Atul has served as Senior Vice President of Donor Engagement for World Vision US. Atul was one of the leading voices behind the Better Safer World campaign, which later joined with Bono’s DATA organization to birth the ONE campaign in the United States. He hold a bachelors degree and an MBA from University of Delhi, India.
Thomas Greer
Thomas is the Regional Director of Visioneering Studioshas. Thomas has served as CFO and administration officer for four mega churches, including Saddleback and Prestonwood, having managed the development of major church building projects. Thomas has spent 13 years as a CPA with some of the world’s largest international CPA firms and was appointed as one of 33 resource experts to serve at President Reagan’s 1986 White House Conference on Small Business. He holds a bachelors degree from California State University, Fullerton.

Paul is President and Managing Partner of LaSalle Asset Management; Founder and Chief Visionary Officer of Misfit Financial Group; Founder and CEO of DCC Asset Management, Hong Kong and Shanghai; Founder of 2DS Productions, and Board Member of Kim Family Foundation. He holds a bachelors degree from Northwestern University
