Dave Gibbons has always been led to invest in the next generation of leaders. His vision for XEALOT became clearer as a complex chain of events unfolded in his life that involved Bangkok, joy, crisis, NYC, business, technology and the arts.

Eventually Dave brought his family and a group of young leaders to Thailand. In this beautiful country, he started to discover who he was and who God wanted him to become. He discovered his passion for developing misfits from the domains of arts, business, and community development (ABC) so that they can make a difference locally and globally. The uniqueness of this passion was how it embraced weakness, the marginalized and the outsider.

With a generous grant, Dave began developing 15 diverse, emerging leaders from India, Mexico, US, Japan, Philippines, and Thailand. He did this by helping them their destiny and by connecting them to resources: human, knowledge and financial.
